In her role, Kristin leads our Individual Solutions area, which focuses on serving customers through our Individual Life and Individual Annuity businesses.

Experience

Kristin joined Securian Financial in 2001 as a Financial Institution Group intern. In 2002, she joined our Annuity Financial Reporting area and then moved to our Corporate Actuarial area in 2006, where she worked on many enterprise risk management initiatives. Beginning in 2015, Kristin served as the chief financial officer and actuary, first for our Individual Life and Annuity Division and then for our Wealth Management Group. Kristin was promoted to second vice president in 2019, and to vice president in 2022 where she led product strategy, risk management and served as the CFO for Individual Solutions.
