Q: How can applicants pay their initial premium?

A: Clients can pay their initial premium conveniently online at securian.com/initial premium. You can use our client flyer to outline the online payment instructions to clients.

Clients can also pay their initial premium by using the call center payment line at 1-800-643-5728, by mailing a check using the payment option within our policy delivery packet or using Electronic Payment Authorization (EPA) withdrawal.

Q: If I need to, how can I send life insurance new business documents to Securian Financial?

A: You can send documents to us via email, fax or mail. Please avoid sending duplicate paperwork.
