Emergency Transport Protection

Responding to the call for innovation

We’re not taking emergency calls, but we are first on the scene when it comes to innovative supplemental health benefits. We’ve teamed up with industry leader MASA to provide a robust emergency transport benefit paired with our accident insurance coverage.

There isn’t another supplemental health insurance carrier providing this exclusive benefit and we’re proud to lead the way.

Coverage that fulfills a critical need

The federal No Surprises Act protects consumers from many unexpected medical charges, but it doesn’t include emergency ground transport bills.

Ambulance rides are expensive and often out of network, typically resulting in unexpected out-of-pocket costs. Many accident insurance products have an ambulance benefit that pays a flat dollar amount, but it’s frequently much less than the total emergency transport cost.

Emergency Transport Protection goes beyond flat dollar payouts and provides comprehensive coverage for critical EMS services and medical ground and air ambulance rides due to any health care event, not just accidents.
